I was named after the moon in fact!
My Dad visited Capri when he was younger! He used to captain a yacht, so he could go anywhere in the Mediterranean he liked.
When he was on the island, he heard a man serenading the moon (La Luna) with a beautiful Italian song.
That is the story of how I got my name :D
